• 7+ years in medical device/orthopaedics or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional commercial strategy and operating plan for Sports Surgical innovation priorities.
• Own launch readiness and execution for new products and programs.
• Lead evaluations and competitive conversions; guide execution and adoption.
• Set priorities using market intel, customer insights, and financials to focus resources.
• Influence and collaborate with senior leaders across functions to accelerate decisions.
