You will shape clinical messaging, manage a marketing team, and build plans to accelerate market share growth while ensuring alignment with overall portfolio priorities and downstream commercial realities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, and/or commercial strategy.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach and develop talent.
• Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear commercial narratives.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the U.S. downstream commercial strategy for the ATTUNE Knee System.
• Drive market share growth, surgeon adoption, and competitive conversions.
• Lead cross-functional launch planning and field enablement.
• Define pricing and contracting strategy inputs with Sales Ops.
• Collaborate with Sales, Upstream Marketing, Medical Affairs, and R&D to align portfolio priorities.
