Silver State Schools Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Department in Las Vegas, NV. This role directs content strategy, multichannel campaigns, and data‑driven decisions to grow membership and engagement.

The position requires hands‑on leadership across digital and traditional channels, brand management, and analytics, with collaboration inside and outside the organization to deliver compliant, on‑brand initiatives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible marketing experience with hands‑on digital/traditional campaigns.
• Experience supervising personnel and developing teams to meet objectives.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily department operations, align with CMO strategy, manage staff and campaigns.
• Coach, develop, evaluate, and hold employees accountable with clear goals and feedback.
• Translate organizational goals into integrated marketing strategies and multichannel campaigns.
• Oversee budgeting, ROMI analysis, and performance optimization across channels.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure compliant, on‑brand campaigns.
