Job summary

STV, Inc. in the Western region seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead pursuit teams across national buildings projects. The role combines proposal development, interviews, and strategic marketing within a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

You will coordinate designers, writers, and stakeholders to deliver compelling, compliant responses. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in proposal management, excellent writing, and a track record of mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of proposal management experience in the AEC industry.
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills with attention to brand guidelines.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of marketing proposals and interview materials.
• Coordinate with designers and staff to produce compliant, compelling responses.
• Manage color reviews and submission elements.
• Support pursuit teams with strategy and pre-RFP positioning.
• Oversee marketing deliverables and project descriptions.
