Job summary

STV in the Buildings group seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead proposal and marketing deliverables on a national scale. This hybrid role requires 3 days in office with offices in Los Angeles, Irvine, and Rancho Cucamonga; right candidates may be considered in SF, Bellevue, or Denver.

You will guide pursuit teams, coordinate with designers, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with STV's brand and solicitation requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of proposal management experience in the AEC industry.
• Excellent writing and grammatical skills with ability to adapt to a style guide.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead development of proposals and marketing deliverables.
• Coordinate with designers, proofreaders, and staff throughout the proposal process.
• Prepare interview materials and coach participants for presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with peers and managers.
