Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Buildings group. This hybrid role (3 days in office) can be located in Los Angeles, Irvine, Rancho Cucamonga, or other listed western and northern offices including Denver, CO.

The role leads and collaborates with pursuit teams, delivering compelling responses and interviews, managing junior staff, and advancing STV’s brand and marketing capabilities across the national Buildings portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of proposal management experience in the AEC industry.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, journalism, liberal arts, or related area.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead development of responses to solicitations for buildings clients and prospective clients.
• Coordinate marketing team including designers, proofreaders, and junior staff throughout proposal process.
• Develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices; tailor narratives and graphics for impactful submissions.
• Lead interview preparation, including storylines, presentations, rehearsals, and Q&A coaching.
• Support pursuit strategy, pre-solicitation positioning, and client debriefs to improve future submittals.
