Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) invites a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic, hands-on marketing efforts in a fast-paced tech environment. You will drive demand generation, manage brand positioning, and partner with sales to hit pipeline targets from a Cerritos-based hub in California.

You will oversee content creation, digital campaigns, events, and MDF programs while coordinating with executives, vendors, and partners to expand GST's market presence and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience and trade shows.
• Experience in technology/IT or related industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand generation, lead generation, nurture, and customer engagement campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage GST's brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity across all touchpoints.
• Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals and revenue targets.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns utilizing email, social media, content, SEO, SEM, webinars, events, and partner marketing programs.
• Manage vendor and technology partner relationships, maximizing MDF and co-branded opportunities.
• Create and oversee development of marketing content including blogs, case studies, white papers, solution briefs, and thought leadership materials.
• Coordinate customer events, executive briefings, webinars, trade shows, conferences, and field marketing programs.
• Manage website content, UX, SEO performance, and digital engagement initiatives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, lead conversions, pipeline contribution, ROI, and customer engagement data.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency partnerships, vendor relationships, and project timelines.
• Identify emerging marketing trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities in technology.
