Job description

Senior Content & Campaign Marketing Manager
About the job Senior Content & Campaign Marketing Manager

A US-based company runs software that serves as the backbone for manufacturing companies across various sectors, including Industrial and Capital Equipment, Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, and Medical Devices. It helps its clients reach the market 5x faster by automating the hand-off from engineering to manufacturing. They have pioneered a solution that translates CAD data directly into ERP systems, enabling engineers to focus on what they do best: designing and building.

About the Role

Currently, the team is growing and looking for a Senior Content & Campaign Marketing Manager to take ownership of content planning, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing initiatives across events, webinars, podcasts, email, LinkedIn, and the website.

This is a hands-on senior marketing role. You will work within an established marketing strategy and messaging framework, but you will have significant autonomy in turning that strategy into practical campaigns and content plans.

The role is especially suited to someone who understands B2B content marketing, knows what makes content engaging and useful, and can take an idea from planning through execution and follow-up.

There is also a clear opportunity to grow into people management as the marketing team develops.

Your work will include:

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Create content plans around events, webinars, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives, turning broader marketing goals into clear campaigns and actionable next steps.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and coordinate marketing content around user conferences and trade shows, including pre-event social and email campaigns, event materials, and post-event follow-up content.
  • Webinars: Own the webinar process from planning and promotion to follow-up, including registration pages, email campaigns, social content, and post-webinar content.
  • Podcast Marketing: Take podcast episodes from recording through publication and promotion. Coordinate content, upload episodes, and make sure follow-up activities happen on time.
  • Content Repurposing: Turn webinars, podcasts, events, and other existing materials into blogs, website content, LinkedIn posts, emails, and other useful marketing assets.
  • LinkedIn & Social Content: Plan and coordinate engaging LinkedIn content that supports campaigns, events, partnerships, and overall brand visibility.
  • Email Marketing: Create and coordinate email campaigns for webinars, events, content, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Website & Blog: Help manage and improve website and blog content, keeping it useful, relevant, and aligned with the company's messaging.
  • Marketing Analytics: Track campaign performance across channels such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, email, and YouTube, and help build stronger connections between marketing activity and pipeline.
  • AI-Powered Work: Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to research, summarize, repurpose, and improve content — while applying your own judgment to make sure the final content is useful, engaging, and human.
  • Process Improvement: Improve existing marketing workflows and find better ways to plan, organize, and execute campaigns.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing lead and partner development team to coordinate campaigns, events, webinars, and partner-related content.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Content Marketing, Campaign Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong content creation and editorial judgment - you know what makes content clear, useful, engaging, and appropriate for a B2B audience.
  • Experience planning and executing content campaigns, rather than focusing only on individual content pieces.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly with an international team and audience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach. You are comfortable taking ownership, figuring things out, and moving projects forward without constant direction.
  • Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day decisions within broader marketing goals.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and understanding of how content can support demand generation, partnerships, and pipeline.
  • Comfortable working with marketing analytics and using data to understand campaign performance.Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow and interested in learning new ways to work more efficiently.
  • Willingness to grow into people management as the marketing team expands.
  • Availability for at least half-day overlap with US Eastern Time, with more overlap preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in ERP, manufacturing, CAD, engineering software, or another technical B2B industry.
  • Experience with marketing automation.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Experience with Pipedrive, Mailchimp, GoToWebinar, Riverside, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with partners, channel marketing, or partner ecosystems.
  • Experience managing or mentoring other marketing professionals.
  • Experience with SEO/AEO.

What Makes This Role Exciting:

  • Real Ownership: Take ownership of important marketing activities instead of being responsible for only one part of the process.
  • Strategy + Execution: You will help decide what content and campaigns should happen, build the plan, and make sure everything gets executed.
  • B2B & Technical Industry: Learn about manufacturing, CAD, ERP, and the software ecosystem around these industries.
  • AI-Enabled Marketing: Use AI tools to make content production and repurposing faster and more efficient, while your own content judgment remains essential.
  • Growth into Leadership: The company plans to continue building its marketing team, creating an opportunity for this role to grow into people management.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Work closely with marketing and partner development teams and see how marketing connects with partnerships, events, and pipeline.
  • Remote & International: Work remotely with an international team, with opportunities to collaborate across the US, Europe, and other regions.
