• Eight+ years of direct-to-consumer marketing strategy or product marketing experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Track record of leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct reports.
• Strong ability to translate client and market insights into actionable strategies.
