Job summary

The Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA seeks a Senior Director Strategy & Offer, Personal Wealth to shape strategy and product offers for individual investors. You will lead high-impact analyses, influence senior leaders, and guide execution across a unified Personal Wealth division.

You will partner with executives, translate complex data into clear narratives, and drive strategic initiatives with a focus on customer experience, digital transformation, and scalable personalization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred; 8+ years of strategy/consulting or financial analysis experience.
• Demonstrated strategic judgment in ambiguous environments.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact strategic analyses.
