HGA, a nationally recognized architecture, engineering, and planning firm, seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives for Education, Science + Technology, and Arts sectors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years marketing experience in AEC or CRE.
• Experience writing content and producing proposals.
• Advanced Adobe InDesign skills; proficient with Photoshop & Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing project pursuit, including RFQ/Ps and interviews with storytelling and visuals.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to define messaging and proofread marketing content.
• Design collateral for market visibility, awards, conferences, and events.
• Coordinate photoshoots with project teams and consultants.
• Work cross-functionally across Sector Marketing, Brand and Communications teams.
