Job summary

HGA is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support our Education, Science + Technology, and Arts markets. You will own end-to-end marketing collateral, write content, and develop stories to inspire action across proposals, RFQs, and award submittals.

This role partners with practice group leaders and business developers, designs collateral, coordinates photoshoots, and helps position HGA for priority pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years marketing experience in the AEC industry or commercial real estate.
• Experience writing and producing RFQ/P responses.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong proofreading and editing skills; ability to refine narrative text and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project pursuit process, including marketing collateral, RFQ/P responses, and interviews.
• Collaborate with Education, Science + Technology, and Arts leaders to implement messaging and narrative strategies.
• Design and develop collateral for awards, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Coordinate photoshoots and provide on-site support and team coordination.
• Work across cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
