Job summary

HGA is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead end-to-end marketing pursuits across Education, Science + Technology, and Arts markets. You will craft compelling content, manage RFQ/P responses, and coordinate award submissions, while aligning messaging with practice group leaders and business developers.

In this role you will design collateral, coordinate photoshoots, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance priority clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, Architecture, or related field; demonstrable marketing experience is key.
• 5+ years of professional marketing experience in AEC or commercial real estate, including content creation and project management.
• Experience producing RFQ/P responses with leadership and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign; strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva and VantagePoint is a plus.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and brand-consistency skills.
• Strong graphic design and image curation sensibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pursuit process: project management, content development, and document production for marketing collateral and responses.
• Collaborate with practice group leaders to implement messaging, define narratives, and polish marketing content.
• Design and develop collateral for visibility initiatives, proposals, conferences, and events.
• Coordinate photoshoots: planning, scheduling, and onsite support.
• Work cross-functionally across teams and offices to maintain momentum and relationships.
• Support strategic initiatives with Brand and Communications teams and adapt to changing priorities.
