Job summary

HGA is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts in Education, Science + Technology, and Arts markets. This role will own end-to-end process of market-specific collateral and developing HGA stories to inspire action, from brainstorming and writing content to coordinating proposals and award submittals.

You will lead RFQ/P responses with leadership and partners, collaborate with practice group leaders, design collateral for visibility initiatives, coordinate photoshoots,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, or related field.
• 5+ years marketing experience in the AEC or commercial real estate industry.
• Experience writing and producing RFQ/P responses.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and brand-aligned storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project pursuit processes including RFQ/P responses.
• Collaborate with practice group leaders to shape messaging and narratives.
• Design collateral for project awards, conferences, and events.
• Coordinate photoshoots and on-site support.
• Work cross-functionally across teams and offices.
• Mentor team members and manage multiple priorities.
