Job summary

HOK is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the proposal process for architecture, interior design, and related sectors. You will manage responses to RFPs/RFQs, coordinate with practice leaders, and drive timelines, content creation, and collaboration across offices.

Responsibilities include drafting project narratives, resumes, and collateral; coordinating materials from consultants; mentoring junior staff; and ensuring submissions meet client requirements and HOK brand standards.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 10 plus years marketing experience in the architecture, interior design, engineering, construction or real estate development industry.
• Experience in the production of marketing materials and graphics for professional services.

Responsibilities

• Manages, produces, and ensures the delivery of top quality, on-time and effective submittal of RFP/RFQs and corresponding forms.
• Provides input and collaborates with marketing manager and practice leaders to help establish priorities and protocols.
• Leads deliverable timeline including, outlining pursuit, scheduling meetings, and consultant outreach and engagement.
• Mentors and may direct the work of less experienced marketing staff.
• Assist with QA/QC to ensure well-coordinated submissions that comply with client’s requirements and HOK brand standards.
