Job description

Pair Team is on a mission to connect underserved communities to high quality care as a tech-enabled medical group focused on high-risk Medicaid and Duals patients. Their novel whole-person care model - social, clinical, behavioral - is quarterbacked by a multidisciplinary care team across their network of shelters, food pantries, and other community partners leveraging Arc, their proprietary care management platform. Pair Team is one of the largest providers of a high-needs case management benefit in California and on track to build the country's largest clinically-integrated network of community-based organizations. They have demonstrated an ability to engage a hard to reach patient population and address gaps in care, including a 56% reduction in ED visits and a 26% reduction in hospital admissions.

As the Senior Marketing Lead you’ll help elevate our brand, streamline content marketing efforts, and maintain a strong digital presence. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer with experience in content creation, website management, and CRM marketing automation. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape and strengthen Pair Team’s brand, engaging key stakeholders in the healthcare space to further our impact in the communities we serve.

This is a fully remote position reporting up to the Director of Marketing.

What You’ll Do
  • Enhance and maintain marketing materials, including one-sheets, customized client materials, QR codes, and pitch decks.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets.
  • Build scalable workflows for marketing asset creation and distribution.
  • Support the integration of marketing materials into HubSpot, maintaining accuracy in tracking and reporting.
Content Marketing & Brand Support:
  • Develop compelling blog posts, thought leadership content, and key messaging to support Pair Team’s mission and brand.
  • Support in maintaining social media platforms with thought leadership and industry content
  • Assist in planning, setting up, and executing webinars, ensuring seamless audience engagement.
  • Manage and update company newsletters, website content, and communications to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Regularly update and maintain the company website
What You’ll Need
  • 3-4+ years of experience in content marketing, website management, and/or digital marketing with an emphasis on healthcare
  • Experience working in an early stage startup environment that is fast paced, complex, and has minimal barriers to make decisions (no “red tape”)
  • Proficiency with Webflow, or similar platform(s)
  • A strong knowledge of HubSpot for managing marketing assets, email campaigns, and tracking engagement.
    • Prior experience with GoogleAds is also a big plus!
  • Experience in developing marketing collateral, including sales materials, pitch decks, and branded assets.
  • Excellent written skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Passion for Pair Team’s mission and a desire to support underserved communities.
  • Ownership mindset – own driving results for the mission, business, and customer experience
  • Strong collaboration skills with thought partners from network development, partnerships, growth, leadership, and people team.
  • Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
Our Values
  • Lead with integrity:We keep our commitments and take responsibility for our actions. We are dependable and choose authenticity over perfection.
  • Embrace challenges:We leave our egos at the door and step forward into discomfort instead of back into safety. We help each other to learn and provide feedback using candor and kindness.
  • Break through walls:We go the extra mile for our patients, partners and one another, and we run toward hard things. We are resilient in our push for consistent improvement and challenge the status quo.
  • Act beyond yourself:We build each other up and respect boundaries. We seek first to understand and assume positive intent.
  • Care comes first:We hold ourselves to the highest standards for our patients. We are relentless in the pursuit of our mission, and ensure that we are taking care of ourselves in order to care for others.
  • Equity compensation package
  • Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge
  • $50 employer contribution to active HSA accounts
  • 401k through Guideline
  • Life insurance and AD&D
  • Work entirely from the comfort of your own home
  • Monthly $100 work from home expense stipend
  • We provide the equipment needed for the role
  • Opportunity for rapid career progression with plenty of room for personal growth!
