CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Marketing Intelligence Analyst to act as the analytics partner for strategic marketing, translating data into actionable insights. You will develop dashboards in Sigma/Tableau/Power BI, deliver regular performance reports, and help optimize campaigns with AI-assisted workflows.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in marketing analytics, strong BI skills, and experience with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), enabling data-driven decisions at scale.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing analytics, BI, data analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, BI, data analyst, or marketing intelligence roles.
• Experience translating analysis into strategic recommendations that influence decisions.
• Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA and data quality and lineage documentation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and attribution modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Strategic Marketing Team on planning, goal setting, validating assumptions, and success metrics.
• Analyze marketing performance across paid, owned, and earned channels to identify trends and opportunities.
• Recommend improvements based on data with actionable guidance to leadership and campaigns teams.
• Evaluate ROI across campaigns and channels to identify highest-return initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy from project initiation through after-action reporting and document data lineage.
• Design and maintain self-service dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI for non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear narrative and KPI scorecards.
