• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking; understand systems and processes.
• BA/BS degree required.

• Select and manage research vendors to deliver on time and budget.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently.
• Synthesize findings and create reporting for stakeholders.
• Prepare presentation materials for senior management.

• Champion the voice of the customer within the business and across functions.
• Play an active role in strategy discussions and escalate issues when needed.
