JPMorganChase within Consumer & Community Banking is seeking a Senior Analytics Associate, Marketing Analytics. You will leverage your analytics to guide strategic decisions through dashboards, ongoing reporting, and in-depth analyses that address emerging business challenges.

You will partner with stakeholders to enable informed, data-driven decisions, build operational dashboards, and translate complex findings into actionable insights that improve marketing performance and customer outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with significant quantitative research and data analysis experience.
• 4+ years of applied experience using SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Ability to write, optimize, and tune complex SQL queries.
• Strong ability to translate findings into business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to develop actionable insights.
• Produce analyses across marketing offer operational performance, trend analysis, campaign performance, and subscriber behavior.
• Communicate results clearly to business partners and senior leaders.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards that support decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess trends and impacts on customer behavior.
• Synthesize data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Translate business needs into concise analytics on key trends to support growth targets.
• Operate with autonomy across workstreams and multiple priorities.
