Job summary

You will create qualified enterprise demand, define our position in Physical AI, translate complex technology for enterprise buyers, and generate content that brings our systems to life. You will serve as Dexterity's overall marketing lead, reporting to the VP, Product & Growth, with company-wide ownership and no direct reports initially.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, or comparable work demonstrating Principal-level judgment and ownership.
• Experience marketing enterprise AI, physical AI, robotics, or complex industrial technology to enterprise operations buyers in logistics, warehousing, or related environments.
• Experience leading marketing strategy and execution with solo-marketer scope in a complex technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Create qualified enterprise demand through priority segments, accounts and campaigns.
• Define category positioning and develop messaging across Physical AI, robotics, and warehouse automation.
• Lead executive voice, social media, and content distribution with an editorial calendar.
• Coordinate events, trade media, and industry engagement with internal and external partners.
• Use AI-driven workflows to automate research, content creation, campaigns, and reporting.
