Job summary

Staples is seeking a Marketing Analyst III to help drive smarter, data-driven marketing decisions. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, CRM and Operations to transform complex questions into actionable insights that improve engagement, campaigns, and performance.

You will design tests, build dashboards, analyze large datasets, automate reporting, and translate findings into executive recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of marketing/analytics experience with SQL/Python or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of marketing measurement, analytics, and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and optimization of marketing campaigns from design to recommendations.
• Design A/B and multivariate tests to measure impact.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and business impact.
• Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Create measurement frameworks across channels.
