Job summary

Staples is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics in Framingham, MA to lead enterprise analytics programs and a team of analytics professionals. You will translate business objectives into measurement frameworks, oversee scalable reporting and data assets, and drive data‑driven decisions across Digital, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Customer Experience, Technology, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, ecommerce analytics, business analytics, data analytics, marketing analytics, or related domain.
• 3+ years of management experience leading analytics professionals.
• Proven expertise in analytics tools, digital analytics methodologies, and data‑driven measurement practices.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise analytics programs, including KPI management and reporting strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to translate objectives into measurement frameworks and roadmaps.
• Oversee scalable analytics solutions, self‑service reporting capabilities, and governed data assets.
• Direct data quality, governance, and metric standardization with Data/Analytics Engineering teams.
• Establish analytics operating rhythms and stakeholder engagement processes.
• Lead advanced analytics initiatives including customer behavior analysis, forecasting, and experimentation measurement.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Champion a data‑driven culture and drive continuous improvement across analytics processes.
