Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Data Operations in Princeton. The role analyzes campaign data, builds insights, and supports marketing decisions across multiple lines of business. You will collaborate with marketing teams to create actionable insights and dashboards.

You will leverage Tableau, Snowflake, SQL and Python/R to process large datasets, ensure data quality, and automate reporting. Strong communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience manipulating data sets using Python or R and handling large-scale data.
• Extensive SQL experience including stored procedures, joins, views, and scripting.
• Experience with ETL processes and Snowflake.
• Experience with AI tools to improve productivity and create analytics products.
• Tableau Desktop Certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop mastery of Dow Jones data sources used in analytics.
• Use Tableau/Snowflake to aggregate and analyze data across marketing channels.
• Ensure data quality and troubleshoot validation issues.
• Support data-driven marketing projects with large datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineering to collect and organize data.
• Help stakeholders establish benchmarks and key metrics.
• Tell data stories and persuade stakeholders to act on insights.
• Design scalable Gold layer tables/views in the Snowflake data lake.
• Manage multiple dashboards and projects with tight deadlines.
• Leverage AI tools to automate data workflows and reporting.
