SheMed is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing to join our Miami-based team. This role embeds within marketing to drive data-led decisions across acquisition, retention, and campaigns.

You will measure performance across Meta, Google, and partnerships, building frameworks and dashboards that translate complex data into strategic guidance for executives. The ideal candidate blends technical depth with strong business judgment and communication, capable of turning numbers into narratives for

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing analytics or related data roles.
• Experience in high-growth, consumer health, or startup environments preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and large dataset experience.
• Proficiency with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
• Expertise in Tableau dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing performance measurement across channels (Meta, Google, paid social, affiliates, influencer partnerships).
• Develop attribution frameworks for acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Optimize campaigns, targeting, creative performance, and budgets with marketing teams.
• Analyze end-to-end customer journey to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities.
• Deliver insights to improve conversion, onboarding, CRM, lifecycle communications, retention and value.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting in Tableau.
• Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
