Job summary

SheMed is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing to join the marketing team and drive data-led decision-making across acquisition, retention, and campaigns. You will measure performance across Meta, Google, paid social, and influencer partnerships, building dashboards in Tableau and creating scalable data models with dbt.

You will translate complex datasets into clear narratives for senior leadership, enabling optimization of CAC, LTV, churn, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
• Experience with Meta, Google, paid social and CRM analytics.
• Strong SQL, Python or R, and data visualization skills.
• Experience using dbt and Tableau.
• Ability to translate data into non-technical narratives for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing performance measurement across channels (Meta, Google, paid social, influencers).
• Develop attribution frameworks for acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Partner with marketing to optimize campaigns, audience targeting, creative performance, and budget.
• Analyze the end-to-end customer journey to identify drop-off points and growth opportunities.
• Deliver insights to improve conversion, onboarding, CRM, lifecycle communications, and retention.
• Own reporting for KPIs including CAC, LTV, payback period, churn, retention, and channel ROI.
