Job summary

Ardurra seeks a Senior-Level Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing team. This full-time role offers remote or hybrid work, benefits, and opportunities to lead proposals and client communications.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in marketing within the A/E/C industry, a bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields, and strong writing, editing, and graphics skills using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Marketing within the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor's Degree or related degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, or English preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required, preferred experience with Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of multiple RFPs/Proposals while working under deadlines with the Regional/State Marketing Lead.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines proactively and successfully.
• Write content and marketing collateral for internal and external projects.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and graphics for pursuits and client presentations.
• Coach technical staff on communication, writing, and presentation best practices.
• Assist in gathering information from subconsultants and perform subconsultant coordination duties.
• Ensure timely production and quality of marketing communications.
• Maintain upkeep of firm information, resumes, project information/descriptions, RFQs, etc. in CRM.
