Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Senior-Level Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing team. This full-time role offers remote or hybrid work, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, paid holidays) and the creative freedom to shape proposals and client visuals in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate the production of multiple RFPs, manage deadlines across teams, write and edit marketing content, create PowerPoint presentations, and advise technical staff

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience in A/E/C industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, or English preferred
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ardurra is seeking a Senior-LevelMarketing Coordinatorto join our Marketing team.

This position is full-time, allows for creative freedom, and provides benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, and more). The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented; have strong organizational, business and proposal writing, editing, and proofreading skills; and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position allows for remote or hybrid work.

Primary Duties

• Coordinate the production of multiple RFPs/Proposals while working under firm deadlines with the Regional/State Marketing Lead
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines proactively and successfully
• Write content and marketing collateral for internal and external projects
• Create PowerPoint presentations and graphics for pursuits and client presentations
• Coach technical staff on communication, writing, and presentation best practices
• Assist in gathering information from subconsultants and perform subconsultant coordination duties
• Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing communications
• Maintain a great working relationship with staff and clients
• Maintain upkeep of firm information, resumes, project information/descriptions, RFQs, etc. in CRM

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Marketing within the A/E/C industry
• Bachelor's Degree or related degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, or English preferred
• Great communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and flexible
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required, preferred experience with Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work and manage projects both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, marketing department, technical managers, and project staff
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently

Salary Range

• $85,000 to $120,000 (DOE)
