Job summary

Langan is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative team in Boston, MA. This individual will serve a key function in preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing support for projects and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional marketing experience in real estate, architecture, engineering or construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication and editing skills.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical, multitasking and judgment abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, assists with and tracks proposals, statements of qualifications, RFQs and pricing.
• Composes, edits, and creates graphic material and project resumes for reports.
• Coordinates and supports marketing activities and events.
• Prepares and completes standard federal forms.
• Assists in coordinating trade shows and special events.
• Designs schedules and coordinates meetings, events and appointments.
• Attends networking events on behalf of the firm.
• Performs other duties as requested.
