Job summary

HDR in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support pursuit teams, manage client relationships, and coordinate marketing materials that advance HDR's business development efforts.

As part of HDR's employee-owned culture, you will contribute to brand-building, content creation, social media campaigns, and internal communications while collaborating across disciplines to drive growth and industry impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services.
• Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit teams with persuasive proposals and interview materials.
• Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status.
• Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal.
• Support management of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems.
• Coordinate professional photography on projects.
• Support development of annual and long-term strategic plans and growth initiatives.
• Develop and implement client plans and long-term strategies to capture market share.
