We need a skilled graphic designer to visually communicate our brand. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the A/E/C industry. Responsibilities include creating digital and print materials for sales and recruitment, contributing to our graphics strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design digital and print marketing materials, layouts, videos, and advertisements that simplify complex topics while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop creative campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on graphics projects.
• Understand the A/E/C industry and TLC’s capabilities.
• Stay updated with new design technologies and approaches.
• Transform written and spoken ideas into visually appealing designs based on direction.

Job Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in graphic design, including video editing and compilation.
• Experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art direction, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AfterEffects or PremierePro is a plus.
