What you bring to the table

Beck seeks a talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to support an extraordinary team in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this individual will work closely with the marketing and business development team. The role primarily involves proposal preparation and general marketing activities, focusing on pursuit-related qualifications and proposals. Essential functions include:

1. Developing and producing proposal responses (RFPs, RFQs, etc.)
2. Developing and editing proposal layouts
3. Researching and managing submittal documents
4. Creating PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials
5. Leading development of interview presentation materials and coaching team members
6. Planning, preparing, writing, designing, and producing proposal and presentation materials
7. Writing, editing, and QC checking marketing data (resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate content, graphics, photography, client information)
8. Maintaining project profiles and updating staff resumes
9. Coordinating conference attendance and sponsorships
10. Attending industry and client events
11. Assisting in developing marketing content through interviews and documentation review
12. Maintaining marketing databases and supporting related objectives
13. Supporting Business Development efforts with competitor analysis, client strategies, and web research
14. Researching leads and local market trends to identify opportunities
15. Coordinating conferences, trade shows, and special events
16. Providing support and excellent client service across departments

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 5 years of experience in the A/E/C industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of marketing databases and proposal resources
• Strong written communication skills, including proofing and editing
• Ability to meet multiple project deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Physical Demands:

Frequently sitting, standing, moving; operating computers and office equipment; lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; constant communication with teams and vendors; adherence to attendance policies.
