Chase Marketing is seeking a Marketing Execution Senior Associate to support the planning, development, and optimization of integrated campaigns for primacy offers and Small/Micro segments. You will partner across strategy, product, analytics, channels, and creative to deliver relevant client experiences and measurable business results.

• Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns for primacy offers and Small/Micro segments.
• Translate strategies into campaign plans, briefs, timelines, and channel deliverables (email, digital, in-person, owned).
• Collaborate with strategy, product, analytics, channel owners, and creative partners to craft differentiated offers and experiences.
• Manage offer-related execution activities including audiences, messaging, disclosures, testing, and launch readiness.
• Drive cross-functional reviews with Legal, Risk, Controls, Compliance and partners to mitigate timing/quality risks.
• Use campaign and segment insights to inform targeting, personalization, test design, and optimization for Small/Micro audiences.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, performance, and risks; provide status updates and recommendations.
• Review results with analytics to drive learnings and improve future offers and engagement.
• Contribute to annual planning and roadmap with execution expertise and cross-team collaboration.
• Collaborate with Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, Product, Money Movement, Brand, Content, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance teams.
