JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Marketing Execution Senior Associate to plan, develop, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns for primacy offers and Small/Micro segments in Chase Business Banking.

You will work with strategy, product, analytics, channels, and creative teams to deliver differentiated client experiences and measurable results. The role requires 4+ years in marketing execution and strong project management, communication, and data-driven decision skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, direct or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience independently managing multi-channel campaigns from brief to launch and optimization.
• Strong project management skills with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns supporting primacy offers and Small/Micro segments.
• Translate strategy into briefs, timelines, and channel deliverables across email, digital, banker, and owned placements.
• Partner with strategy, product, analytics, audience management, and channel teams to develop offers and client experiences.
• Manage offer-related execution activities: messaging, disclosures, testing plans, and launch readiness.
• Drive cross-functional reviews with Legal, Risk, and Compliance; resolve timing/quality issues.
• Use insights to inform targeting, personalization, test design, and optimization for Small and Micro audiences.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and performance; provide status updates and risk analyses.
• Review results with analytics to identify learnings and improve future offers.
• Contribute to annual planning and roadmap with execution expertise and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, Product, Money Movement, and Analytics teams.
