The Sr. Marketing Brand Manager will be responsible for owning our Patient Ambassador program and supporting strategic consumer marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive patient engagement. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects across cross-functional teams.

A Typical Day Might Include

1. Leading the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Patient Ambassador Program.
2. Planning and implementing events such as the Ambassador Summit, media shoots, speaking engagements, and other initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and impact.
3. Managing recruitment, certification, and mentorship of new ambassadors aligned with strategic goals.
4. Collaborating with Digital, HCP, and Market Research teams to drive cohesive campaigns aligned with business objectives.
5. Driving awareness, patient education, product trials, and support through key marketing initiatives.
6. Managing budgets to optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications

Salary Range
