Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a senior technical expert to own Eloqua marketing automation, backend data, databases, and CRM technologies. You will translate strategy into scalable architecture and lead implementation under the Senior Manager's direction.

You will optimize scoring, segmentation, integrations, data quality, and reporting; manage audits, performance, and cost; collaborate across Marketing, IT, and Sales to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
• Strong background in marketing automation and data management.
• Experience leading technical initiatives across marketing and IT.
• Proven ability to optimize lead scoring and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Leads technical implementation and optimization of Eloqua marketing automation infrastructure.
• Owns Eloqua database configuration, performance, and cost optimization.
• Creates and maintains Eloqua documentation and conducts regular audits.
• Describes technical requirements and implements plans with cross-functional teams.
• Implements best practices for data hygiene, segmentation, and campaigns.
