Job summary

Aon Corporation seeks a Senior Marketing Automation Engineer to own Oracle Eloqua architecture and integrations with Oracle CRM (Redwood) and enterprise systems. You will lead data models, governance, and scalable configurations to support campaigns and customer journeys.

You will partner with Marketing Operations, CRM, IT, and data teams to ensure data quality, platform reliability, and governance across the marketing tech stack.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle Eloqua architecture, data models, and configurations.
• Experience designing Eloqua-to-CRM integrations with mapping and sync rules.
• Strong data governance, data quality, deduplication, and consent management knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and data flows.
• Experience with APIs, ETL, iPaaS for enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture of Oracle Eloqua and its environments.Design Eloqua data models for contacts, accounts, and custom objects.Lead Eloqua–CRM integration design, mapping, and monitoring.Collaborate with IT and data teams to maintain data flows via APIs and iPaaS.
