Qualifications

• Eloqua or comparable platform experience preferred.
• 4+ years supporting technical projects, audits, system maintenance, data-quality processes, or database optimization.
• Track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives.
• Experience with quantitative analysis, statistics, etc.

Responsibilities

• Executes on best practices to support Eloqua and CRM infrastructure, including data hygiene, profiling, segmentation, and reporting.
• Maintains marketing automation standards for data quality and hygiene.
• Performs routine database maintenance, list management, data validation, and field mapping verification.
• Manages system integrations between marketing technologies and CRM platforms.
• Analyzes marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
