AIA Central Valley is seeking a motivated Proposal/Marketing Coordinator for our Sacramento office. This role involves coordinating proposals and enhancing our visibility in the architectural industry.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in marketing and has proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office. A competitive hourly rate is offered in a fun and collaborative team environment.

For over 45 years, we have focused on how buildings affect people’s lives, and we are looking for a motivated and talented Proposal/Marketing Coordinator to join our team in either our Sacramento or Oakland office.
The primary function of this position is to support the development, coordination, and execution of project proposal submissions and pursuits. In this role, you will help strengthen our visibility as a leading architectural design firm through a blend of creative thinking and tactical execution.

The salary range for this position is $35.10 ($73,000) - $43.28 ($90,022) per hour. If you are hired, your base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, geographic location and experience.
