Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst to join our team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. You will build targeted SQL audiences from Snowflake data, leverage Marketing Cloud to drive data extensions, and analyze CRM and engagement data to optimize marketing initiatives.

With 6+ years in marketing analytics, you will define KPIs, mentor teammates, and explore new technologies (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, Tableau, Python).

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Adobe Analytics, JIRA, ADO, Snowflake, and social advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL to build targeted audiences from Snowflake data for marketing campaigns.
• Analyze marketing data (CRM, Email, Engagement) to optimize practices and explain trends.
• Define, endorse, and implement end-to-end Marketing metrics & KPIs.
• Share analytics across marketing groups to drive adoption of Marketing Analytics.
• Research new Marketing technologies and evaluate solutions for the stack.
• Identify and implement streamlined data reporting processes and derive insights for leadership.
• Provide mentorship on analytics methodologies within the team.
• Leverage R, Tableau, Python, and SQL to drive analytics.
