Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support enhancements of GM Protection consumer acquisition and retention programs
• Drive analytics for marketing campaign performance across channels (social, app, web, email)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals, define KPIs, and ensure accurate measurement
• Design and manage controlled experiments (A/B, Multivariate) end-to-end
