Job summary

Allen & Gerritsen (A&G) is seeking a Senior Analyst in our Measurement & Analytics practice to translate multi-channel data into actionable intelligence for diverse brands. You will design analyses, build dashboards, and guide in-market tests to optimize marketing programs from acquisition to retention.

You'll partner with internal teams and clients to deliver rigorous measurement plans, weekly and monthly reporting, and data-driven storytelling that informs strategic decisions and demonstrates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or marketing field.
• 2–4 years in direct/online marketing, advertising, or consulting.
• Experience with digital analytics tools and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Design analyses across channels (broadcast, online, email, search) and build holistic dashboards.
• Lead in-market tests and develop measurement plans.
• QA measurement implementations with technical resources.
• Create and present weekly/monthly client reports and insights.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to enable data-driven decisions.
• Document processes and propose improvements for analytics workflows.
