Job summary

New Engen, a digital marketing agency, seeks a data-driven analytics professional to advance measurement strategy and day-to-day execution for client accounts. You will design tests, synthesize insights, and partner cross-functionally to align measurement with business goals.

The role emphasizes building scalable measurement frameworks, working with MMM, geo holdouts, brand lift studies, and full-funnel analysis. A hybrid, remote-friendly setup is offered across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, measurement, or closely related field.
• Hands-on design/execution experience with MMM, geo holdouts, incrementality tests, brand lift, or journey analysis.
• Scripting in Python or R preferred; solid SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support measurement strategy and day-to-day execution across accounts.
• Design testing roadmaps and methodologies across channels and campaigns.
• Translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with media, BI, data teams, and client leads to align strategies.
• Contribute to scalable measurement frameworks and internal tools.
