locations, you will develop audience targeting, optimize campaign performance, and translate results into actionable guidance for leadership. Ideal candidates have strong Python and Excel skills, experience with Tableau, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and execution support for direct marketing campaigns across Unsecured Installment Loans and other consumer lending products.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and optimize campaign performance using customer data and models.
• Design and evaluate marketing tests, including A/B testing and champion/challenger strategies, to identify opportunities for improved customer growth.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to Marketing and Business stakeholders.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, measurement, reporting, and marketing enhancements.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards, campaign reporting frameworks, and data definitions to support informed business decisions.
