Job summary

NinjaOne in New York is seeking a Senior Manager, AI & Transformation to lead design, deployment, and adoption of AI-driven systems across Global Marketing Operations. You will build predictive models, agentic workflows, and automation, while guiding governance and enablement within MOps.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll manage a small team, ship production models, and partner with Data & AI, Campaign & Data Operations, and Technology Strategy. Hybrid work in the USA.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent applied experience.
• 6-8+ years in marketing operations or data science with AI/automation leadership.
• Experience leading predictive modeling or automation initiatives and managing people.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and shape the highest priority AI use cases for the MOps team.
• Define scoring architecture for predictive contact and lead scoring with validated methods.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop where needed.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and pilot before broader rollout.
• Establish AI governance and data quality measures.
