Job summary

American Republic Insurance Services, LLC. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to build and lead a sales agency focused on Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Final Expense, Annuities and related Life/Health products. This role requires strong leadership, market development, and coaching of agents.

You will recruit agents, train on product value, manage CRM and prospecting workflows, and drive ongoing sales growth through client relationships and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior market products such as Medicare Supplements, Med Advantage, Final Expense and Long-Term Care.
• Licensed Health and Life insurance agent for the applicable states.
• Strong focus on customer service and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Recruits agents and sales leaders and develops the agency.
• Educates and trains agents on product value and sales techniques.
• Ensure certifications and product supply orders as needed for sales.
• Attend management training and required courses and maintain licenses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive growth.
• Conduct product presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
