Job summary

Qualifications
- Senior market product experience is required.
- Licensed as a Health and Life insurance agent to sell insurance in the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using Sales CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Recruit agents and sales leaders.
- Educate and train on product value and CRM, prospecting and closing techniques.
- Ensure certifications and product supply ordering support for sales.
- Attend management trainings and meetings and maintain licenses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct product presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
