Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop a High-Performing Research Team: Oversee a team of 8+ Associate Research Consultants, providing leadership and mentorship.
• Ensure Data Integrity and Market Coverage: Oversee collection and publication of data, audits for quality and client service.
• Drive Strategic Planning and Reporting: Collaborate with sales/product to prepare Territory Plans and market reports.
