Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Director of Market Performance to lead enterprise provider performance initiatives across multiple markets. You will partner with experts, market leaders, and operations to define KPIs, generate insights, and drive performance improvements that enhance quality, member experience, and affordability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in provider performance, health plan ops, or related areas.
• Graduate or advanced degree preferred.
• Leadership experience delivering enterprise programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of health plan operations, value-based care, Stars, risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide provider performance playbooks and frameworks.
• Define KPIs across quality, cost, experience, access, and coding accuracy.
• Create scalable methods to identify opportunities and track outcomes.
• Translate analytics into actionable provider interventions and improvements.
• Lead governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications across markets.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions and tech-enabled process improvements.
