Whatnot is seeking a Market Intelligence Manager / Senior Manager to own the livestream shopping market insights and related markets. You will turn fragmented data into a trusted market picture and work with data engineering, analytics, sales, product, marketing, and leadership to influence pricing and customer experience decisions.

You will build dashboards, tracking, and recurring reports to keep executives informed and empower proactive responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, a fast-growing startup, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
• Strong analytical rigor with SQL; ownership of data infrastructure end-to-end; experience with BI tools like Sigma, Hex, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own market intelligence for livestream shopping and adjacent markets, ensuring a clear view of where to improve buyer and seller experiences.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Translate data into clear, decision-ready recommendations and drive action across product, pricing, and customer experience.
• Collaborate across data engineering, analytics, sales, product, marketing, and leadership to ensure data-backed decisions.
