Job summary

Maxam is seeking a Sr. Market Intelligence Analyst – Global Specialty Brands to build robust analytics, develop insight narratives, and support strategic initiatives across the Specialty Tire business.

You will deliver reporting tools, manage ad-hoc insights, and collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams on a regional basis. You will work with PowerBI/Tableau for data visualization, contribute to the annual budget process, and travel up to 30% (USA/Canada).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; strong data analytics understanding.
• 4+ years of business experience with emphasis on knowledge and insight management in auto or consumer goods environments.
• PowerBI, Tableau, and data visualization experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; data manipulation and interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the building of an analytical and capabilities platform aligned to growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support major business initiatives.
• Utilize data sources to support ad-hoc requests across Specialty Tire segments.
• Create and own reporting tools with simple, impactful outputs for teams.
• Identify new opportunities based on category analysis and intelligence gathering.
• Play a leading role in the annual budget process.
• Regularly leverage market intelligence platforms.
